This stunning 1-bedroom annexe is situated in the lower half of the owner’s garden. Although close to their family home there’s a dividing fence and all access to the annexe is separate with shared parking making the accommodation feel completely private.

Close to the beautiful Southwest Coast Path and popular beaches such as Mawgan Porth and Porthcothan. Padstow, Newquay and Polzeath are all short distances away as well as popular attractions such as The Eden Project and The Camel Trail.
