Cloud 9 is a modern, beautifully presented semi-detached holiday home situated in a quiet no through lane just a stones throw from the South West coast path. It has country and distant sea views and is just a 10 minute walk down-hill to Perranporth.
To the front of the property is an enclosed, sunny patio area with a wooden swing seat and bench. To the rear is a spacious enclosed rear garden, laid to lawn, and a patio just outside the lounge with garden furniture.
From Cloud 9 you are just yards from the coastal footpath and just a short drive (or a ten minute walk downhill) to the village and beach.
The entrance hall leads into the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven and hob, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. There is an extendable kitchen table with 5 chairs (further dining area in the lounge). The lounge/dining room is light and airy and there is a sliding patio door to the rear garden. It's furnished with a corner sofa ,TV and dining table and chairs. There is a ground floor WC with wash-basin. Stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms - One king size and one double bedded with built-in wardrobes (one has sea views ) and one has a full sized single bed. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash-basin & WC.
Guests have access to the whole house, front court yard area and garden along with two parking spaces.
